It all started out as doing the marketing for my friends at Orchid Bay in Belize, then I came to an agreement with a new found friend from West Hampton Beach, NY with a development project in the Dominican Republic; I am expecting the marketing agreement for another development in the DR any day now...Just signed off on a deal selling real estate in the Bahamas, am expecting the contract any day now for a fabulous community development on the beach in Nicaragua and just received the contract to market a truly unique marina opportunity on the island nation of Dominica...where they filmed "Pirates of the Caribbean."
Here's to having sand between your toes!
