Investing in Real Estate using your retirement account...

The more I discuss this opportunity, the more I am getting questions about how to own real estate "within" your retirement account. It's actually pretty simple, but there are some rules that you need to be aware of, like...you can't actually use the property which is owned by your retirement account, at least not until you retire and take the property as a distribution. You can however, own it and rent it and your retirement account realizes the rent as income...tax free just like the gains or losses are realized by your retirement account on those mutual funds you have right now...not to mention the appreciation the real estate gains...and Belize RE is appreciating at a rate of 20% according to one source.

I am not an expert on this subject, and when it comes to this kind of thing it's best to have an expert on your side. That's why I've partnered with the Entrust Group. In short, to own real estate in your retirement account, you need to move retirement funds to custodian which specializes in "self-directed" retirement account management. I will be scheduling a series of webinars along with these guys so everyone can learn more about it...it is truly fascinating when you start understanding it. In these times, when the stock market is a bit scary to say the least, it might behoove you to invest in what you!

In the mean time, I have made an informational CD available to you which is free of charges and obligation. Click here to learn more and to get your free CD...information is power!

For now...think tropical...and hit 'em straight!
